What Is Bryson DeChambeau's Hole-In-One Challenge?
In a move that's equal parts cringeworthy and hilarious, Bryson DeChambeau recently took to social media to announce his latest harebrained scheme: a hole-in-one challenge where he attempts to hit a ball over his house into his backyard green. How Far Is The Hole He's Teeing From?
The distance appears to be anywhere between 100 and 120 yards given he's using a lob wedge or sand wedge. Golf even for a professional like Bryson could take him several weeks to get a hole-in-one given the margin of error is so small.
Is The Shot Difficult?
Well you can see from the image above he's hitting the ball over the house so has very limited visibility to the shot. The green is also protected by a large bedrock stairway. Therefore with the high loft of his shot and arch it will need to be a very precise shot.
He has to trust his mechanics and muscle memory which has been proven and led him to winning the U.S. Open twice in the last five years.

When Will Bryson DeChambeau Get A Hole-In-One?
Your guess is as good as ours but based on his skill set once he gets closer to 15-20 attempts per day it will get closer so our guess is right around Christmas time and marking the date 12/15/2024 so you can come back here and let us know we were wrong when he does it tomorrow.
